We can schedule your event within a day or two, but we recommend a minimum 2-week lead time. We generally schedule our fundraising events for Monday - Thursday afternoons, but other days are possible, however, so definitely let us know what you are thinking! PS - Many of our customers find that hosting fundraising dinners on a regular basis (first Monday of the month, etc) is a great way to increase sales and generate a lot of regular revenue for your organization!
